It is not difficult to figure out that NiteFlirt hired someone with customer behavorial marketing experience when they brought back bidding and created the internal awards.

eg:Silver, Bronze and Gold etc…a simple graphic that only YOU can see.

Someone NiteFlirt paid knew that; CERTAIN INDIVIDUALS ARE MOTIVATED BY EXTERNAL AWARDS AND WILL CONTINUE THEIR BEHAVIOR(S) WHICH PROVIDED THEM WITH [THAT] AWARD BECAUSE LOSING IT SEEMS LIKE A FAILURE.

One of my NiteFlirt listing design and phone sex training customers sat on the front page for months paying $2500 to $3000 dollars per month for clicks!  When asked what she made in return, she said, her first month was nearly $7000(income)-$3000(clicks)=$4000-%28 (average 1099 income tax) she did OK.  I warned her from the start to sit back and build a following, build long-term customers who will click only when they intend to call.

I’d received one of her in-person meeting emails and it wasn’t a surprise that someone who saw good income at first then became desperate and was still sure there was big money to be made on NiteFlirt.
